Questions before the sawdust starts.

Learn how custom orders, personalization, timelines, shipping, materials, and restoration projects work.

01What makes Maximal Vibe Woodworks™ different?

Every piece is handcrafted with intention using real wood, durable materials, and a multi-stage quality process. We focus on substance over trends: useful, meaningful work with enough character and durability to stay in your life.

02What types of products do you make?

Our work includes dartboard backboards, personalized growth charts, candle holders, bookstands, desk organizers, jewelry shelves, cutting boards, cat wall systems, human and pet urns, seasonal décor, custom furniture, and one-of-one customer ideas. We also create epoxy countertops and restore solid-wood furniture.

03Can a product be personalized or fully customized?

Yes. Depending on the piece, customization may include names, dates, themes, dimensions, wood species, color direction, finish, layout, and functional details. We confirm what is practical before the final quote so the design stays both meaningful and buildable.

04What materials do you use?

We work with genuine woods such as maple, walnut, cedar, oak, and other species selected for the project. Epoxy systems and finishing products are chosen around the use, appearance, and durability requirements. Natural grain, knots, and color variation are part of what makes each piece unique.

05How long will my order take?

Timing depends on the size, complexity, customization, current shop schedule, material availability, and finish cure time. Ready-to-ship pieces move faster; custom projects take longer because they require planning and additional quality checks. Your estimated timeline is confirmed before production begins.

06Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, eligible products can ship throughout the United States with tracking. Large, fragile, installation-heavy, and restoration projects may be limited to local pickup or delivery. Shipping eligibility and cost are confirmed with the order.

07How do furniture restoration projects work?

We begin with photos and a description, then inspect the actual piece when needed. Pricing is project-specific because condition, structure, finish, repair needs, and transport vary. Restoration work primarily serves Lancaster, Palmdale, and nearby Antelope Valley communities.

08How do custom-order deposits work?

Custom projects generally require a 50% deposit before production begins, applied to the final price. Because materials and shop time are committed specifically to your project, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has started. Your quote controls the final terms.

09What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly—ideally within five days of delivery—with clear photos and a description. Depending on the situation, the solution may be repair, replacement, or refund. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.

10How do I care for an epoxy countertop?

Use a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge with mild soap and water for regular cleaning. Avoid harsh abrasives, aggressive scouring pads, and direct high heat. We provide care guidance tailored to the installed finish when your project is completed.

11What should I send with a custom request?

The most useful details are the purpose, approximate dimensions, location, inspiration photos, colors or finish direction, must-have features, ideal deadline, and realistic budget range. Rough information is fine; we will help turn it into a buildable brief.

12Where is everything made?

Maximal Vibe Woodworks™ pieces are handcrafted in our family workshop in Lancaster, California.
